When I arrived, the service writer was really busy looking at his phone. It took a good while, but he had to be alerted to the fact that I had entered the office by a shop person who just happened to be passing by. After explaining the symptoms my truck was experiencing I was told that the mechanic would look at it the following day (Tuesday) and they would call. No call came. I called early Wednesday and they said later in the day they would be able to get to it. No call. Called again early Thursday and was told that I had an internal oil leak (Diesel) but they needed another $450 to figure out where it was. I politely declined and picked up my truck Thursday afternoon. Total diag cost, $150. Not too bad. Took the truck home did some diag and testing myself and discovered a fuel line blockage problem. Fixed myself for $45. The mechanic wasn't even close, and the service writer, too busy to be bothered. Truck is back together and runs great.

Had to get a new drive belt and new power steering lines on my F150. Absolutely great job AND DONE ON TIME. Great service, great service people! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Next is going to be a tune-up. Can't wait. Kudo's to THE SHOP!
