The dentist is a very good dentist, but I quit going because his staff are very rude. I gave them my insurance info over phone 2 weeks before my appointment and the day of my appt they refused to file my insurance. Said they didn't have time to verify my insurance. The woman that checked me out was definitely the capital B word.

My experience was amazing! I had an infected tooth that had chipped and had an abscess. Called on a Wednesday, was able to get in the next day. Dr. Brooks was so loving and caring when he saw how swollen my face was. He put me on an antibiotic and had me to come in the following week to pull the tooth. While pulling the tooth, he talked me through everything he was doing when I would feel pressure etc… He’s the BEST! I’m going to have my kids to go there as well. I also love his friendly staff and welcoming environment. Dr. Brooks also has done 2 root canals for my husband. My husband had a great positive experience as well!
