They are not very customer friendly. They really only want to pick up from you and it throws them off balance if you show up with lamps to recycle. That issue is really pronounced if you don't email or call in advance of arriving. To be fair they are pretty only B2B and I am sure a vast majority of their business is them picking up from their commercial customers. One of ther oddities is you have to go to office at the front of the building when you arrive, let them know you are onsite then drive around back to unload.
