Noisy upstairs neighbor still waiting for a storage bin..told large waiting list…. Cracked corner walls from ice on roof they say it’s the building settling what a laugh..Windows that you can’t open, and when it rains you need to put something near bottom of door so water doesn’t come in…halls aren’t cleaned and need painting And rug pieces coming up..where are the owners to come and check on buildings…

Blessed everyday

Awful place.

This place is an absolute nightmare , pathetic. I find it disturbing that this is considered senior living ? And that Dolphin management who supposedly owns this complex or management never responds to these reviews The sidewalks and lot are not salted when it’s icy , they have the poor maintenance man out here trying to hand throw a bag of salt and then leaves it out in a bucket , the drainage is ridiculous and with any rain or snow melt it pools and is a complete sheet of ice that you cannot see until it’s too late . I have personally picked up from the parking lot 2 senior citizens that fell in the parking lot You know why they get away with it ? Because They ARE SENIORS AND DON’T KNOW how TO WRITE REVIEWS OR SEND EMAILS OR CONTACT THEIR REPRESENTATIVES! This is elder abuse.!! In the winter these seniors are told to move their own cars . No salting in the lot, but sure , send out the older folk with balance and breathing issues to move their own vehicles into the fire lane and then move them back when they are done plowing TO WHERE??? The parking is not enough to sustain the vehicles of the residents and these plow people don’t clear the snow rendering at least 10 spaces unusable until the sun thaws it out Then the lot and sidewalks flood because the drainage is a joke They have never addressed the structural unsoundness of the balconies on the second floor which are separating and creating leaks in the 1st floor apartments .. My mother had lived here for over a decade and never had her carpets replaced or her apartment repainted in that time, or the enormous cracks repaired in her Sheetrock as a result of separation because of the flooding, and structural damage due to the flooding, despite requests to repair. The management told her “ they do not repaint or replace carpets if it is less than 10 years” well it was far more than that AND 2 claims to her insurance company for flooding .. absolute joke management here.. all of the requests are in writing internally .. No one ever physically available in the “ management office on site.. Her apartment was flooded twice due to poor drainage from THE OUTSIDE and they put sand bags on her patio as if that is a solution (YOU CAN SEE IN PHOTOS THAT THEY’VE PLACED SANDBAGS OUTSIDE ON PATIOS OF GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENTS ! Several of them !) My mom will be able to lift sand bags when it rains??? Really??? I am continuing to post photos with follow up issues with this pathetic company Wash room machines are always unplugged due to needing service The landscape company mowed my moms rose bushes down , to nothing .. not even an apology from these pathetic corporate fools that take money from the government for “ senior housing” but let these poor residents flood, live in moldy apartments, and fall on ice .. shameful and sad

Temperature is always, always too warm in the hallways, needs better cleaning. The rugs were taken off the stairs, not a pretty site. Paint chipping and cracks in walls. The place needs attention.

Did you ask management? I believe you can.

Why can't we mont our T.V. we already know that we have to repair it if we move.

Hello. That's a good question. I encourage you to ask the manager of the complex that question.
