There was 12 of us who came in to this place to eat. The hostess said it would be an hour wait. No big deal, it’s Friday. BUT there was at least 13 empty tables we could see including a group of tables pushed together already that stayed empty. There were many other people waiting outside for a table as well. By the time we left it was almost 3hrs. After we placed our order, the waitress came back and said they didn’t have almost 6 items that were ordered. There are many other places in the area to eat at. Choose one of them. The plastic silverware was a good touch.

I’m not someone to complain, but this is warranted. I wish you could give negative stars. Against my better judgement we went to Smokey Bones in Greensboro. I wanted to eat at Darryl’s, but they were closed. We walked in and the hostess asked how many. We told her “three”. Then she walked to the other end of the restaurant to talk to someone. We were looked at and the hostess came back and explained that they were short-staffed and it would be a wait. We opted to order it to go, then went outside to wait. We watched as other people went in and were seated or went in and came back out. The ones who were seated all had one thing in common: they weren’t white. The rest of us were not seated. After a bit, an employee came out to tell my husband that they didn’t have any brisket for his toasted cheese brisket sandwich. She stood there, staring at him. He asked if they had pulled pork, she said yes. He said he’d take that. We walked back to the hotel with our food. My husband and son also ordered sweet tea. It was straight tea, which was gross. NOT SWEET. His toasted cheese and pulled pork came WITHOUT toasted cheese. It’s kind of hard to make a toasted cheese sandwich without CHEESE! The pulled pork was dry, nothing on it. My burger was lacking condiments. We paid an offensive $53 plus a nice tip for the lousiest food we’ve ever had. Save the canned response and post the number for Corporate. How on God’s green earth is this place still in business?!

Where to begin? My experience with 'The Wing Experience', an entity of Smokey Bones is not very customer focus. So I place my order for pickup and they say 8:30, Kool. Got there, picked up my order and drove back home. I get home and I can't find anything I ordered. I paid extra for all flats. Can you help me find that plate? Then we both had two different sauces per order of wings, can you help me identify the difference in sauces or if you can find any sauce? Then we paid extra for sauce/seasoning on fries. Not only did we not get that but we got fries that appeared to be sitting waiting to be rescued all day. So I call. "May I speak with the manager, please? That was the best part of the experience. So I take it back. She says, "well I cancelled everything out so now you need to pay for the meal you kept, which is 18.67." My response, "So, I paid $68 for food. You didn't give me a refund but tell me to pay an additional$20." The end result no food or refund and paid an additional fee. My advice don't waste your ENERGY on this experience or with Smokey Bones-Greensboro.

Have eaten here many times before but never again. An hour wait to get a table with children waiting is a nightmare. Especially since there are only 8 tables being used in the dining area. Most people gave up and ate at the bar. Stay away if you have children or don’t have three hours to eat.

Yes
Yes 2 a.m. Please go to the bar and eat. The bartender is awesome he's about 5'5/5'6 African American I don't remember his name his drinks are the best.
No.
It is a stew made in New Brunswick from locally grown vegan ingredients including a special variety of free range tofu, and sensitively killed oats. It is kind like a thick lumpy lukewarm soup if soup had a citrus pomegranate watermelon corn flavor. It is lovely particularly with the faux elk spare ribs.
Around $30 but really depends on your order. I would not go here late at night, they tend to take much longer with the food.
I loved it, the service was fantastic, and the food was excellent.
My experience was amazing! I would only hope they exceed your expectations. They may have a small wait given they are popular here but it is worth it!
Didnt eat in, ordered out and the food had changed. The ribs were hard inedible, the chicken was pale with sauce poured over it.
