I just have an angering horrible time every time I call/go to this place. They don’t accept cash and everyone is burnt out and short tempered. I would be lying if I said I don’t hope this place shuts down. One lady said she would make an exception for me and thank you very much but like what the heck is going on over there? It seemed sketchy and they overbook appointments like a mofo. I was getting ready to go to my appointment and I literally had a freaking anxiety attack thinking about this place so I scheduled it somewhere else.

I've been on hold since you opened and its now 10:22. I've been on hold 3 times the last time for an hr. Your workers keep answering and hanging up!!! This is so ridiculous. The one time I did get someone on the phone it was the pearl location and she acted like she couldn't schedule me for the university office.. Which they've had to do before so idk why it was an issue this time. There's plenty of people who want jobs right now. Hire new people!!!! And this place needs a walk in time for specific things on certain days. Customer service and answering service is garbage!
