Below are some common elements that comprise a Home Watch Visit. • Visually inspect the walls and ceilings for signs of water damage • Run the water through every water source in the home • Check the A/C and condensate line and verify the temperature and humidity in the home • Monitor for mold and signs of pests • Visually inspect all major appliances and the circuit breaker for power surges • Visually inspecting the landscape, lanai, and pool area • Check the mail and removing any signs of solicitation After each visit you will a receive a detailed report with pictures and each report will have a GPS stamp and time stamp for accountability.
