When the provider you see ask for you to call back and let them know of certain meds are doing , the provider has stopped meds and wants you to call the nurse ,I have tried for 2 days already tomorrow will be 3 days to inform them of what is going on, and you can not leave a message for the nurse because voice mail has been full for 2 days now also no one to answering the calls at front desk, the new system for your emails and stuff sucks the other one was better I for one will be looking for a new provider due to I can never get a hold of anyone., my provider is wonderful just the rest of this system is broken

I'll start with the standards in which they show and Set for their facility this includes NO compassion NO empathy. This clinics employees are money driven and care less for patients. They are rude insensitive and are unprofessional in communicating. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THE NURSES PHONES BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER AND VOICEMAIL IS FULL. Jodi, Johns nurse tries to handle several task at once in which she is unsuccessful doing, she is jittery and jumping all over the place losing important documents that is she claims was printed out already. Suck because he is a great Doctor but his staff is awful. I went there as a child and remember the receptionist being so mean to my mom and now as an adult nothing has changed !!!!!!

Horrible receptionist. Not sure her name; the blonde one with “peachy” (badly done) acrylics and shorter hair. First off I personally witnessed her be unhelpful to several patients that were requesting a little additional information. Then when I needed a little extra help because they could not locate my blood work in THEIR system that my doctor had scheduled on Friday at the Brantford office. Well I’m assuming this frazzled her poor little nerves… I guess this is what you get when you ask a simple minded individual for something out of her typical job. Now mind you I witnessed her at this point when I requested for help, to locate said bloodwork, she was only doing busy work and I’m pretty sure she did not even look at my chart. Finally I was able to get through to the Branford office and they were very helpful, the receptionist pulled up my information very quickly and read off every bloodwork that my doctor had scheduled with no problem at all. This to me is a clear indication that that blonde chick should not be working with the public and especially not in healthcare! People are sick which means they don’t have the capacity to be super sweet all the time. When you are asked to help in a simple way as to look into someone’s chart it’s not that complicated. If I would’ve been allowed I probably could’ve pulled it up on the computer myself… Here again this is one of our problems with the healthcare system because unfortunately people like this are still allowed to be in positions like hers which is the first point when you try to get help to even get into a doctors office. Imagine all the people who are deathly ill who have been turned away because of this type of attitude… Horrible. Just horrible. ~Chris
