This place is a joke. Didn’t ensure proper medications or follow through on Doctors orders and VERY unprofessional admissions staff. Emily knows ALL of the details.

This place is the absolute worst. Unless you do not love your family member send them here. Meds incorrect, not bathed for 5 days and not to mention the staff. The staff just doesn’t have a heart. It’s just a job to them punch in and punch out. Plz save ur self the trouble and avoid this place.

It is hard to rate this center since I cannot get someone in management to return my calls. My wife called on Monday, March 8 to obtain information regarding my mother who resides at this center. They took both her home and cell number and no one has returned the call. I attempted to call twice on Tuesday, March 9 - I left my phone number both times and never received a call. I attempted to call again on Wednesday, March 10, again, I have not received a call. I will attempt again Thursday, with the expectation to have the same experience. I have no idea what it will take in order to receive a call.

Unless there is a medical reason within your treatment plan that says you shouldn't be outside, absolutely you can enjoy our outdoor courtyards and porches.
If you are not on a patient's contact list it is against HIPAA regulations for them to even tell you if they reside there. Not being a jerk, just trying to help. Good luck. 👍🏻

Because this is place is the worst of the worst. As an RN, I am appalled at the lack of basic patient care in this place. Patients are left in bed for days and weeks at a time. Patients are NOT showered for weeks at a time. Personal belongings are outright stolen and "lost". There is NOT ONE accountable person at this facility. This place is awful and needs to be investigated by ACHA.
