They installed a lemon into our new construction home, and refuse to respond to our calls. The unit is 2.5 years old and and it has broken down multiple times, which is completely baffling. Wrong voltage set, including move-in day (2x) Expansion valve issue (2x) Coolant is leaking (1x) Capacitor blew (1x) Mold in bathroom vent because of improper initial sealing (2x!). We keep calling day after day and every time they just send us straight to voicemail, zero returned calls or emails. They have no desire to replace or even properly fix our unit at a fair price. Our small neighborhood rarely goes two days without seeing an AC repair truck outside. It's baffling.

$325 dollars for 15 minutes or labor for changing a (free), under warrantee, capacitor.... this can't be fair...
