We flew to Orlando for magic kingdom to only find this company over booked on their end and never sent out our tickets. They attempted to send an email the afternoon before we were set to leave for Disney. So now we are in Orlando and won’t be able to visit Disney this go around with 2 small children absolutely looking forward to it. To add insult to injury they charged us a 10% restocking fee on a ticket we never received. They responded with my transaction being “flagged”. I have emails between myself and this company with no mention of this. I in fact called them on many occasions to figure out what is going on with the tickets I got hung up on slighted amongst other things. SB: Dee is the reason I kept the review extremely professional she is the only one that seemed to want to help that could see the wrong but I get there wasn’t much that could be done since the lack of communication on you alls part. Please do not insult me by accusing a transaction I’ve called about for 4 days to receive my tickets. Be blessed.
