I used to work in releasing political prisoners from places like Egypt (under Hosni Mubarak) and the Islamic State. Why do I mention this? Because those people were way easier to work with than to cancel a membership with Anytime Fitness. They are a s*** organization that will rip you off at any opportunity. My contract expired and they continued to charge me for the next 9 months. Once I was finally able to cancel they went ahead and charged me for an additional month. Also, despite what the owner will tell you, the key fob deposit is non-refundable. Sort of the negates the purpose of a "deposit," right?

I like the gym here in Plainfield. It's only getting 4 * because their prices are so much more expensive than other gym memberships with the same/more equipment, better TVs, etc. Very convenient location though. They need to get more competitive with monthly costs or they will probably lose my membership.Hi Chad- We appreciate the review and feedback.
