Lot rents vary depending on size of lot and proximity to lakes and club house. I would suggest you contact Richard at Southern Pines and discuss your question. We are owners at Southern Pines and snowbirds presently. In my opinion homes are situated on larger lots than at other parks. We love our home, we love the area, and we love our community which includes the residents there.

A lot of the homes had carport damage and some had porches totalled. Some homes didn't have any damage at all.

I saw water up to about 5 inches to be clear you would need to check each unit to know for sure but im sure there wasnt any int flooding as all units sit on blocks

Depending on where the home was located depends on the damage. The center of the park took the biggest hit and many homes badly damaged.
