I recently just applied for this apartment complex and thanks to June, everything was so smooth and she provided us with all the information within an hour. Only thing I disliked was the fact me and my girl sent the application fee and 100 deposit because June told us the bedroom in the 2 bed 2 bath will be the same as In the 1 bed one bath and it wasn’t. We weren’t able to get a tour of any 1 bed 1 bath before signing lease which is ridiculous. So I went by with my lady, the unit was vacant and blinds were open. Room was nowhere near the size of 10x11.5. We were basically lied to. Only thing you can fit is a queen sized bed. I recommend not to get any 1 bed 1 baths without a tour. Shouldn’t be a problem to tour if the unit is vacant and they claim it’s cause it was being turned over but when we went nothing was getting renovated. Be careful applying here make sure before to tour before anything else. That’s how they get you.

They do have some apartments there that are low income you have to ask about it they don't come out and tell you
Good luck with trying to get them to answer your call.
No but these apartments are full of roaches & bed bugs, pool & bathrooms are filthy no paper towels or toilet paper

The company I work for did some work there. I do not know their polices
I had a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with a sunken living room, which was sort of nice. But several months ago.. I moved out and they didn't give me a problem having my roomate takeover the lease
