I think dr Nicholas may have spent 5 minutes with me and I’m a new patient. I have jumped through hoops for them. I have had it done. Injections, nerve block and on and on. Told me to get a mri and go to therapy which I have done and it causes more pain in my back. I didn’t like the way I was treated. All he was worried about was my prescription saying 5mg of oxy that I would take 2 in the morning 1 afternoon and 2 at night. Said that’s to much. When other patients get 10s 4xs a day. I’ve had back surgery rods and screws left forearm 4 plates 12screws. If I wasn’t hurting so much I wouldn’t take them. Not a bit friendly at all. Never again I’ll be going back

I don't know what has happened to this place over the years. After a bad accident in 2013 I went here, and Dr. Nicholson was a happy, joking around guy. His staff was amazing. I ended up back here a couple years ago, and the staff changed, a long with Nicholson's attitude. Since Smith retired last August, It has been a rapid decline. They can't keep staff, they are short handed, from my understanding due to Nicholson and his bad attitude. The only saving grace right now is Amy, ( the reason it got 2 stars) who is the only one dealing with patience, so appointments now are 5 weeks instead of 4, which is fine, until the is a prescription issue, like I am experiencing and being treated like a junky when I call the office to let them know my pharmacy said they do not have the prescription that is due to be filled today 8/16/22. The girl had a bad attitude from the start, arguing with me that it wasn't due yet, and she was looking right at it, that I had enough to last etc.. And even when she realized she was wrong, she still treated me like a junky. When i had to call back to tell them what was already known, she questioned me about other meds, said she would send it over to Amy, then hung up on me. I should not have to feel shame for conditions that are life long and incurable. I should not have to feel I have done something wrong by calling because there is a issue with a prescription my pharmacy says they do not have. This stigma placed on people with chronic conditions beyond their control, that would do anything not to have to live like this needs to stop. Hire people that have compassion, or at least train them to have some kind of respect and decency when dealing with patience. We aren't all junkies out here. And many of us our pain isn't being controlled effectively to begin with.

Company does not care for the patients. I have been going there for over 8 years.. seen many changes. However the last 4 years have had the worst staff changes. The worst phone system, never been able to get through to the office, you either reach a different office every call. Or you get a main answering service that always has trouble reaching the office you go to. They have never managed my pain. I have jumped through every hoop they asked throughout the years. Shots local and deep muscle, several medicine combo. Shame because I really like the working with Amy Smith. She just started there.
