I have been living in this apartment for about 6 months now and in that time 3 of my pipes have leaked and when I called Matinence they didn’t show up for 2 weeks, thankfully the leak stopped after 20 minutes but when the maintenance finally came to my door after the 2 weeks and said “I’m here about the leaky pipe” I was astonished. The 2nd and 3rd pipe that leaked both happened while I was away and I had to come back to all of the food in my pantry tarnished because of water damage and everything in my closet soaked. The manager hasn’t answered any of my calls and the mailbox is full. I am very frustrated.

Terrible building to live in. If you have any issues no matter how major there’s no one available to help, all of the numbers are fake and the tend to relations lady “Talia” is never available no matter when you call her. Building is always dirty don’t spend your hard earned money here

Overpriced for the lack of upkeep. Over the past two years I've been living here, there has been three different property managers. The last two are from the switch to a different real estate owner. Quality continues to go down and rent prices went up. They have mice issues that hasn't beem resolved for more than half a year, the parking lot has a giant depression in it that they have gave up fixing (the last fix over a year ago was temporary), and the kitchen is tiny and very outdated. They couldn't even get custom cabinets and had to drill a hole into the side of the cabinet to allow access to the outlets. There is no fume hood that exhausts outside for the stove, so if you actually cook even once a week, the entire kitchen will suffer from a layer of grease. There's maintainence issues besides the mice that still have not been resolved or followed up on for weeks now. They closed a trash room on the floor and there's only one other trash room available that is stocked high and never taken out anymore. They used to remove trash every single day and now you can't even use the trash room without hoping the trash doesn't come tumbling out. They also used to clean/vacuum every single day and they did away with that now. For the price of the one bedroom ($1200, and continuously increasing), you can get a better deal in the surrounding area.

Hi! The Crocker House is not an Income Based Senior Living Community. However a building a couple of buildings up the street from the Crocker House, called The Mohican, is. Good luck!
