The Veterinary Emergency Group has always been there for our many (many) pets during those late night and holiday emergencies. The staff is gracious and considerate, and the vets are always knowledgable and calm. I would love to use this as my regular vet, but alas, they are for emergencies only. I highly recommend them if you are ever in a bind with one of your animals.

This morning my husband and I had to take our senior dog in to be seen, and we were absolutely blown away by this emergency vet clinic. The staff and the vet Dr. Mausser were so helpful and genuinely cared about every animal that walked through the door. Prioritizing appropriately but never taking their eyes off each animal. When Dr. Mausser would talk to owners she got down to their eye level and explained things calmly and with true care and honesty in her voice. I am a nurse and this is impossible to see in 99% of the doctors in a hospital. That is true bed side manner. She is educated and actually loves the animals that are there and wants to help them and even remembered their names no matter how many were there at once. I was very impressed. I wish she had her own practice. Thank you for your help in stabilizing our girl and helping us come up with a plan to help her for the future. Thank you to the vet techs as well! What a wonderful experience and good to know they are nearby if needed in the future. Thank you again from myself, my husband and Bella!

If I could give them 100 stars I would I have brought my cat here twice and I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone at VEG is incredibly kind, compassionate and empathetic. If you are like me and your pet is like a child to you, this is where you need to bring them.

We brought our cat in and he ended up needing emergency surgery. The team - from the receptionist, to the nurses and assistants, to the veterinary surgeon were warm, compassionate and very competent. The best part is that you can be with your pet at every step. Records were promptly sent to my regular vet after the visit. I would highly recommend this place.
