Hi there, sorry for the late response. It would be great if you could bring your computer right to the shop so that we can give it a proper diagnosis. It’s not about the Operating system, it’s more about the computer, so we would love to see it.

Hi; We brought you our pc mainly because the mouse was a problem. It jerks around and moves all over the screen sometimes. It is still doing that. Is there nothing we can do about it?

Carl, I'm sorry to hear that the mouse is still jumping around. Please bring the computer back to the shop so that we can get it fixed immediately.

I have a desktop computer that has a password to get into the pc. I forgot my password and can't get in. Is there a way you can have the pc without any passwords as I am the only one using it. Thanks Gail
