This place is nothing but a scam. They tell you lifetime warranty but that is a lie. My phone is worse than before without a broken screen. My phone does what it wants and when it wants. The warranty is void with any scratches. We put our phones in our pocket with keys and coins. Of course they are going to be Tiny scratches. There is no lifetime warranty. Basically because they were closed for a week because they were on vacation I couldn’t bring it back right away to have them fix it. I bring it back and they guy tells me there is scratches all over my screen. There is no scratches on my screen. Every phone in America has scratches from it being in pockets and having keys and coins in pockets. Ask them if they are closing for a week before you make purchases from them
