The service and professionalism has been going down hill for a while. Today, we ordered sausage burritos and one of them was still cold in the middle. We have been given the wrong order, had items missing from our order, and had parts of our order messed up. Management really needs to step in.

I usually don’t complain about cheap food but this was the WORST mcdonald’s i’ve ever had. For starters the place was filthy, the smell was horrid and there was fly feces over every surface. The only clean place in the restaurant was the bathrooms. By the time we got our food the meat was near black and the burger smelt like the restaurant. I had to throw away the meal.

I went to McDonald's for 2 sausage and biscuits on 7-10-22 sit in drive thru for 20 minutes because it has two order drive thrusters but they only take 1 order at a time so I walked into lobby to order after waiting another 10 minutes the cashier came told me there was 4or5 cars in drive thru that I needed to wait until they got there order now understand this I done waited 30 mins for 2 sausage and biscuits to be told it could be another 15 to 20 more minutes i ask for a refund which was slammed into my hand causing change to go all over counter by poor attitude girl manager, this McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to,

Employees super friendly, food tasty. Sadly that's where it ends. Dining area was complete filth. Trash, crumbs, food everywhere. There were three times more flies than employee's, it was like trying to eat outside. Staff did not seem bothered one bit.
