I've been here twice recently. The first time I experienced very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The second time the staff didn't care if I made a purchase or not and paid no attention to me but rather gossip amongst themselves. …I am sorry you felt neglected. We do try to make sure each and every customer gets taken care of but we are also human and sometimes having multiple things going on that distract us. It was never a intention to make you feel that we did not care, again I am sorry you left feeling that way.
