It seems like most reviews are from the timeframe when this place was Southern Rentals and I'd agree with the overall sentiment. HOWEVER, Florida Rental Equipment has been in charge since early 2022 , and the change is NOT for the better. When Southern ran it, you could rent a zero turn mower under half day rates. Who the heck needs a mower for a full day? Staff LIED about the possibility of half-day rates on a Zero Turn mower three times. Ultimately, after renting and returning in four hours (noon to 4pm), both gentleman said nope, we weren't sure if there would be a half day and now you're paying the whole day rate. I guess the word lie may be too strict. They deliberately misled by insinuating that a half-day MAY be possible but they wouldn't know until I returned it. So it was either a lie of gross incompetence. Regardless, buyer beware.

There was absolutely no pressure to buy, they shared top-notch knowledge of my tractor, made sure everything was perfect and even dropped it off and stuck around to make sure I was comfortable. It really doesn't get any better than this and I highly recommend Randy & Southern for all your tractor and equipment needs!
