I would never, ever build with Maronda homes if they were the last builder on earth. The picture below is our garage. We moved in almost a month ago, and despite our continuous calls and e-mails, nothing has been done to remedy the problem. Matter of fact, we were told by TWO project managers that this is not a water issue, but rather it is glue or an old water leak. Upon having our own inspector look at this, we found that the wall was 99% saturated, yet all our project manager could do was put a hand on it and say “no-it’s dry”. We have had plumbing and electrical issues, as well; most of which we have fixed on our own. Not to mention the building process took six months longer than anticipated. We were lied to on several occasions, had FOUR project managers and two sales representatives. Their lack of communication and professionalism is very apparent. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Edit 11/1: nothing has changed. My husband has been calling and emailing to rectify these problems, including our garage which is STILL leaking. We have not heard a response from anyone from this company, so we will be forced to take legal action. This is NOT how the home building process should be.

Diane Morgan (sales) will tell you what she thinks you want to hear but we couldn't get it..and her response was "I don't know why I would say that ". Communication during construction was poor. The house turned out great despite poor communication!
