Long wait to get a table for dinner during live music night. They hopefully are working on a better system to seat people. Overall food was great. Live music was great and drinks from the bartender where we sat also great. Her service was beautifully done as well.

Came here for the food because we arrived late and it was the only establishment serving on site. Stayed for the entertainment! So clearly they were understaffed, and so I'll give you an honest experience. Later at night seems to be a 'Sit yourself down wherever there is a spot, and we'll get to you,' situation. It is a bar atmosphere after all. After a hot second, we had our table cleaned, food order taken, and drinks in hand, all the while listening to the entertainer sing. Forgive me for not knowing his name, but it's Cowboy something. All I can tell you is what a way to close out an evening! (He is really good and should check him out on the nights that he performs. ) For the food.... I ordered the prime rib sandwich with a house salad. The wife ordered a hamburger with potato soup. I can tell you my sandwich was pretty delicious. The onions and mushrooms were really carmelized. and that was some good shaved prime rib on top of that. I believe there was supposed to be a horseradish cream. but it was either non- existent, or forgotten. Either way, the sandwich didn't need it. The house salad with poppyseed dressing was an amazing suprise! I love the blend of the bitter baby greens, mixed with goat cheese, pecans, and that dressing! My wife's burger was cooked to order on temperature, which was cooked right! She enjoyed that very much. And the potato soup which we will probably assume that was holding all night, was not that memorable. I will say that we wanted to try the fries, but we were told that the fryers went down and couldn't order anything fried. And then 20 minutes later, other tables were recieving fries. Just seems odd. Overall though, the experience was really good! After the crazy day of traveling that my wife and I had. You felt like you were at a pub, eating good food, with friends!

I have been coming to Big Cedar for years and staying in the cabins and always thoroughly enjoyed myself. And going to the Buzzard Bar and eating and listening to Cowboy Clay is one of my favorite things to do. But this Memorial Weekend was awful. Seeing my good friend the bartender Tim McGowan work his a$$ off and having to serve drinks out of plastic glasses!! And the $15.00 cover charge is outrageous considering the high cost of menu prices anyway!! Management needs to rethink this!!

Went yesterday with my husband for a couple drinks and an appetizer before we could check into our hotel. Drinks and food were okay, customer service was lacking. Sat at the bar about 10 minutes waiting for service. Only us and 2 other …Thank you for visiting and thank you for bringing your experience to our attention, Kim. We will be sure to address this with our team.

Probably will be there Thursday Friday Saturday
Ok. No one made customers wear masks. Some customers brought their infants
Usually Every night except Tuesdays at 8:30 pm/ 11pm Tuesdays it's Justin Sifford A great time with him as well worth coming in!
All their restaurants are open to the public.
Usually around 7:00 to 8:00pm. Get there a little early to get good seating, he always draws a good crowd.
We were leaving when we saw a couple go in with a service dog....it is a huge place and they were very gracious i would imagine as we also saw several service dogs at the resort
