I have been here for close to a year. The staff have surpassed my expectations!! Any maintenance repairs, no matter how miniscule, are handled promptly, courteously, and with great respect to my home! Kathy goes ABOVE and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness and makes herself available whenever the need should arise! You can really tell she loves what she does!! Positive changes have been occurring since day one and I'm super excited to see it all play out!! What a great asset you have here at Dominium!!!

Front office need to have a traning on customer service asap, when you call the office the person that answer the phone (if they answer!) are rude n make you feel that you are imposing on them. Management should take care of this situation soon. I will be posting this review in FB, too.

I have been here for 8 years and they never change your carpet I wish there was a way for a direct answer to if they could change my bedroom carpets.

These apartments only goes up to three bedrooms
Normally you'll be put in a waiting list. However, apartments are available frequently and oftentimes the waiting time can be short.

Yes they do. I have a small dog. I believe they require a one-time pet deposit but I'm not sure of the amounts because the management companies have changed since I moved in.
We have security. At least We see them once in a while.
