This is repeatedly did by contractor who works for your organization for lawn services . Not suppose to cut grass below 2.5 inches .Are they professionals? I freshly put grass seed and peat moss around the property . It’s common sense or they can’t see? Who will compensate and will fix this ? Please tell them not to cut grass front side of 7831 paddock . I’m tired of fixing it and spending lots of money on it . I’m kindly requesting again ,please.

This has not been a great experience with this HOA, it is very disrespectful to ignore inquiries by the person's who CHOSE you to manage their properties. The moral will remain low if you'll don't reach out into the communities, in which you manage. Provide the properties with real RECEIPTS along with your breakdown, with the cost of work done then you can increase our payments if need be! EDIT: A YEAR LATER AND NOT A THING HAS CHANGED, WE HAVE RENTERS THAT DO AS THEY PLEASE, LOITER, DOUBLE PARK, HAVE FIGHTS, SHOOTING ON THE PROPERTY WE KEEP COMPLAINING TO THE BOARD AND NOTHING GETS DONE BUT A LOUSY LETTER, HOW ABOUT A 30 DAY NOTICE! MORE IMPORTANTLY WE STILL HAVE NO BRIDGE BUILT DESPITE AN EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM ONE OF THE ADMINS STATING IT WAS BEING PREPPED, SHE'S ACTUALLY ONE OF THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT RESPONDS, SOMEONE PLEASE REMIND ME WTH DO WE HAVE TIDEWATER AGAIN? DON'T WE PAY THEM?!..I REFUSE TO LIVE HERE FOR MUCH LONGER, JESSICA BONSALL YOU NEED TO GO !

This company does manage property well as all. Non responsive in my opinion.

Absolutely one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with. In spite of their profits being listed online as close to 20 million dollars annually they do not spend any funds on taking care of properties, they let maintenance issues go unaddressed, and find the cheapest way to do the bare minimum. Similar to a slum lord. Go with any other company instead of this one!

Hi Tom. I would recommend reaching out to the current management company so they can provide more details surrounding your account balance and any prepayments you may have. All of the financial information, which includes complete owner histories, are turned over to the new management company when an association transitions. I hope this helps!
