Unprofessional staff member: Makes me worry about how badly patients might be treated!! I called this facility this evening to talk to a Nurse who, I was told, was the nurse for the friend who was being treated here. I am planning to bring my friends wife up to this facility to see him tomorrow. I wanted to know the name of the Nurse assigned to my friend and the name of the chief nurse so my friends wife can speak with them tomorrow. the Nurse who answered repeatedly said she "could not speak to me nor give me the name of the chief nurse. She just talked right over me, would not let me ask any further questions. I tried to ask her one more time for the name of the Chief nurse or charge nurse, and she just hung up the phone. She was very unprofessional. She hung up the phone without properly ending the phone call, or saying good by, or saying she had to hang up. I called back and was told that that nurse had left for the evening! no good ratings today on customer care!
