Horrible customer service. Walked in without a mask and a need for medical attention and was told we needed a mask and they didn't have any. A medical care unit without masks. No other questions were asked about why we were there. We told to go to 7-eleven for a mask. We went to 7-eleven and purchased two masks. Went back with masks on and we were asked what the issue was. We said an ankle that might be sprained/fractured. Were them told they couldn't help us because there was no x-ray tech today. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. simple questions - 1. You have an emergency medical need to be there... Masks are optional now. Why is it required to have one walking in and not help and provide one? 2. When walking in with an emergency, why not ask why the person is there and notify them they don't have the necessary resources to help? 3. Why not have the necessary resources to diagnose basic injuries beyond a cut and bruise?
