They deserve no stars. They killed my elderly father at this nursing home. I've seen patients come and die here before my dad. Most of the staff were horrible. They have a big turnover there, meaning they can't keep staff. The female director there was ignorant as well as the male social worker who stated he doesn't help the family members concerns, just the patients! (What)! Rooms are dirty at times, staff are on personal cell phones, lots of staff you can't understand what they are saying because of their broken English. It's just a horrible place. Don't put your loved one here. Don't do it.

My dad was transferred here for rehab. He fell the same night he was transferred and his room mate kept calling the nurse station and no answer. So he called 911 from the room. Which I'm very thankful for. I was not notified from the facility at all that he had fell or taken to the hospital. I called the next day and spoke with someone 7 hours after I was notified from the hospital that he was in there and the person in charge said that she was sorry but she was planning on calling me. This is not acceptable in any way. His belongings including his glasses were left behind, which he's legally blind and he needs. I live 1 1/2 hours away and called before I came today to get his belongings and was told I needed to come back tomorrow. I said no. The supervisor on duty then got really rude and started talking over me. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!! Tho hospital even told me not to let my dad come back here when he was released.
