Positive: The customer service was the best thing about my stay at the hotel. Negative: One of our beds had urine(PEE) from the night before and the staff just added sheets to the bed. I woke at 6:00 am with urine on my shirt as it had soaked in from laying there! I did not know before I laid down but this was a terrible experience for me!!

I often come into the restaurant to eat and drink at the bar. The staff is wonderful I came in last night and the restaurant was busy. The staff still took great care of me the young man that was there and Shannon made sure I had everything I needed.,They are wonderful 👍 Please make sure you let them know. The hotel was very nice and extremely clean. We stayed there for a concert and they were incredibly busy, but the staff was so pleasant. They were all so nice and helpful, I think her name was Ricketta, checked us in and she was amazing! It was a wonderful stay and you guys are lucky to have her as an employee.

I understand they recently renovated the entire hotel. WOW!!! Wonderful job. The rooms are very nice, pleasing and comfortable. Bathrooms are very nicely done, extremely comfortable beds and all the in room amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. Will be my home away from home when I return to Little Rock.
