This credit union is horrible from teller, customer service, making deposits to accepting responsibility for not adequately and timely correction of problem. The branch manager and her staff is very unprofessional. …Ms. Burley, we don’t show you are an account holder with Telcoe Federal Credit Union. We are sorry to hear you had an error when making your deposit. Unfortunately, non Telcoe members using our ATM machines would need to contact your bank/credit union directly. Each financial institution has separate policies and procedures on how ATM deposits are processed and how corrections are handled. Once you have keyed in your information into the ATM for your transaction the only way to make a correction would be to contact your home financial institution to correct any errors made. If we can assist in contacting your financial institution to resolve please contact our ATM balancing department please at 501-375-5321.

The worst bank. The most pointless credit union. If you’re looking for a new bank, RUN AWAY! Outrageous fees and very little benefits, you can’t use Apple Pay or Zelle, there is always some kind of obstacle when it comes to them. There are way better credit unions. Don’t put your money here. The customer service is also horrible and they can’t solve a problem if it was 2+2.

Hi Malik, For security reasons, debit card PINs are unable to be reset after hours. Please call us during open hours for options of how to reset your PIN. Thank you!
Credit unions are financial institutions, like banks, except the members own the credit union. They are nonprofit entities that aim to serve their members rather than seeking to earn a profit. Telcoe Federal Credit unions offer better savings rates, lower loan rates and reduced fees because of this. Please call our office if we can help answer any questions. 501-375-5321
