The manager who is on in the evenings needs to be fired. If she got off her phone and did her job the wait times would go down drastically and perhaps the other employees would be happier too.

Sonic is NOT what it use to be. Maybe it's just this location but unfortunately food was awful and warm more on the cold side lukewarm is not a temperature for food.

Firstly. They are open until midnight but the owners can't be bothered to change the time online. Second, I arrived at 1030 and immediately the drive through worker sighed - and said "and another one... Go ahead," with the mic on. I tried to order a sweet tea and she responded that she'd already dumped and cleaned the tea pitchers... At 1030 pm...when they close at midnight? I ordered a chili cheese coney (regular) and got charged for and receieved a very old footlong. It had no onions, cold cheese, and small amounts of chili. I feel like I received someone else's order that they conveniently had lying around. All of the reviews are right - the drive-thru staff need to be replaced or retrained. I won't be returning.
