I went to the one out Dundalk first for 2 dressers this past Saturday. Although they claimed to be open on Google search, that was not the case. (Plus, no one answered the phone when I called). I was very disappointed because I had to pay to get there, which was 7 miles from my house. I did get the dressers from the one on Fulton Ave tho. And I left there happy. IF YOU CANNOT GET ANY ONE ON THE PHONE TO THE STORE IN DUNDALK, DO NOT GO!

We recently donated our sectional because we purchased a new one. I was nervous about the process of donating but it was actually super and quick and easy. I first called and the automated message said to send an email to a prescribed email address with pictures and a description of what you’d like to donate. Within a day I had a response with instructions and asking what day/time frame worked best for me. Day of pickup I was expecting a call prior to arrival because I didn’t want to leave the couch on the curb for a prolonged period of time. I didn’t receive a call but the two men were really kind and patient as my husband and I quickly cleared space and took apart the two pieces. They were incredibly helpful (I should have gotten their names to give them credit but didn’t) so thank you to you both! Within 20min I had an emailed receipt and the couch was gone! On top of that it was raining and really gross the whole day so it just couldn’t have gone any better. I would definitely utilize this option in the future instead of the hassle of trying to sell things or just throw things away.
