We almost only stay at Marriotts. We plan our trips specifically to be able to stay at Marriotts and hopefully Residence Inns. This was by far the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. We got in super late (which is the only reason we didn't leave and go to another hotel) The front desk was friendly but the room...It smelled so moist and disgusting. Very old and dingy. Based on the quality and condition of the room I immediately checked the bed. Stains all over, BUGS crawling under the sheets (not bed bugs that I could see and trust me I checked every inch) multiple pieces of long hair under the top sheet. I am very sure it was not fresh linen. I got NO sleep all night because I felt so disgusting and anxious about what me and my family were sleeping on/in. The pool and exercise room were under construction which was not posted anywhere on the website. Breakfast was very minimal and def not what I expect from a Residence Inn. They didn't even have hot oatmeal. Like I said before, the staff was all friendly but man.....we had such a bad experience. Enough to make us reconsider our loyalty to Marriott.

I stayed here for about a week and it was a great experience. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the housekeeper Ms. Pam she always went above and beyond she kept our room so clean and stocked at all times. The beds are so comfortable, it's quiet, and I love that the entire building smells so nice!!! The pool was clean and warm we were the only ones there for the longest time which was nice to have the PRIVACY. I will definitely be going here again.

We came here after attempting to get a room at the Marriott next door which was under construction. The man working the front desk was very nice and helpful. When we got to our room it REEKED of weed. Now I don't care about people smoking but man I don't want to smell that ALL NIGHT in my room after a long day on the road. We got in at 2am and I wasn't going to play the switch room game. It was so bad that there were even "Lil Trees" hung on the door handles in the bedrooms. If you know it's that bad don't put people in those rooms! I'd give the room about a 3.5-4 on cleanliness. Everything had been picked up but the corners of everything were dirty. Just needed a good once over. Bed was comfortable, blinds drew shut tight and didn't let light in. The bottom of the bathtub/shower was strange and didn't feel connected, but the water was hot. Overall, a decent room but probably a little pricey but at 2am we weren't arguing, just trying to get to bed. Also wanted to add the parking wasn't great. We had a short 12-foot trailer and couldn't park anywhere except next door on the under-construction Marriott Hotel.

the staff was wonderful courteous and helpful. However this hotel, it's falling apart, the floor was uneven in a trip hazard, mold in the bathroom, the room was not clean. There were bugs, and not worthy of the Marriott name. Will not be returning, ever.
