He literally helped me through my claim, who were giving me SUCH a hassle, JT was able to work through all the obstacles and got my phone screen fixed. Monumental waste of my time! I dropped my laptop off on a Monday morning and was told I’d receive a phone call that afternoon to discuss the repair. No phone call came. I told them I needed it by Saturday because I’m in school and I have a test to take. They said no problem, the would be done in 1-2 days. After not hearing anything from them by Thursday, I called for a status update. Nobody had even looked at my computer. They quickly determined I needed a new hard drive, which they didn’t have, but said they ordered it and should be in the next day. I called Friday morning and was told it wouldn’t actually arrive until Monday, but they had a hard drive at another location, but they didn’t have time to pick it up, do the repair and have it done by Saturday. Pitiful! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS TO DELIVER!!!
