My family used this office for our son's dental work about one year ago. He was 5 years old at the time. We have since then had to have all of the work they completed re-done. When he first started to experience pain we called to explain. I spoke with Dr. McGlothlin to explain his situation and she just went on and on about how it was his fault. She showed absolutely No concern. This has been the worst experience for my son and family. This practice may not be the best for young children. I would hate for another little one to have to go through this experience.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years and I have pretty bad teeth but trust me when I say it’s worth every penny, i don’t have insurance but I didn’t feel judged at all! The ladies working here were absolutely lovely I can’t wait to go back

I have been a patient with this practice since 2016 and have always had a very positive experience. They treat you with kindness and respect. The procedures are thoroughly explained as well as the cost of services. This is an independently owned dental practice and you never feel like you are "just a number" - unlike other dental clinics. I have been highly satisfied with my experience with Kaplan & McGlothlin.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. McGlothlin and her staff. They’re accommodating, friendly, and really put you first. Clean office and excellent hours. Truly disappointed I had to move otherwise I’d never go anywhere else!
