I rejoined after a year and a half hiatus. The club is well lit, clean and friendly. I signed up for a create your workout class with Coach JB. He took his time to get to know me, my health needs/limitations, and created a personalized training plan for me. JB took me to every machine and showed me how to appropriately use each one in rhecsafest way. What a great experience.

This location has very friendly staff. It is always a clean facility and their equipment is kept in good shape.

It's nice. I went mainly because of the free summer pass for highschoolers and during the day it would be packed and the benches would always have someone using it. I normally go at night to have a chance

I am so disappointed! I have been a member for over 15 years and left today - the front desk staff is friendly however the young members sitting around on the machines texting and talking is way out of control . I have given it three months in the hope of improvement, it got worse. The "any teen can come in for free during the summer " promo is over and its still horrible. You CANNOT do a workout of any type without waiting for someone just sitting around to move. this is on multiple machines at all hours. The staff will help if you complain, but you literally have to complain every time you are there multiple times.....the frustration is way too much ...:(
