You won't get anyone to answer the phone so it will go to voicemail but be prepared because no one will call you back. I went down there and they had me fill out a basic information sheet then told me to go online to register for online courses through a website they provide. Ok great but I need more help. I explained my situation. They did NOT tell me there is a career counselor I can talk to. I found out from word of mouth. Very aggravating experience. No one seems to know what they are doing over there.

This place gave me so much anxiety it's not even funny. There is the M5 bus that I knew nothing about and is free. I had to walk literally an hour three times, once there and back, and then the second time there when another woman also going for help told me about the M5. On the first day I asked about a free bus. The woman laughed saying "oh I don't know. I have a car. But sometimes I see people standing outside and a bus comes every now and then I think." The staff overall other than her do seem like they want to help you, but whoever is in charge is definitely doing a terrible job. The video they play every week about getting a job in the work first program is either from 1999 or 2006. I feel bad for the employees that actually want to do good because they definitely aren't given what people need to help anybody.

This place is the DMV of one STOP. Horrible service! they hire folks from the welfare pool who do nothing but decorated their office with sweat shop jobs. It should be called the last stop for desperate jobs.
