It is frustrating trying to reach someone at this office. No one answers the phones, and they do not respond to emails. I applied for benefits 4 months ago, awaiting a packet to be mailed to me that i never receive. I have emailed several staff that are supposed to be director/supervisors, none respond. this is a disgrace

He can always apply for any benefits. We can not stop an applicant from applying. Then after applying eligibility will be determined. I work out of Essex County and Fairfield is part of essex county. So he can apply online or at 18 rector street In newark nj our Intake department.
You have to contact your worker and go to Rector Street if it's a replacement card. To apply it depends on your address
They offer cash assistance after attending a work program, but I don't think that's the same thing.
It depends if you have an open case and what kind of case. If you never applied before or been closed over four months then you have to go to the Newark office.
Same place.it hasn't moved
You have to go to the office for a replacement card
I applied during Covid and I did it online I’ve had for about 3 years now not once did I step into the office !! It’s much easier online !!
You have to call. Phone numbers are on the website.
New place i was here and got set here 321 University Ave, Newark, NJ 07102
First take him to the hospital so they can treat his fungus and they have services in the hospital that can help him too, now you have do everything online now because of Cov-19.
What # are u calling?
The office is closed, you should have to do by the website....good look.
You would have to contact a Case Manager to find out that information.
Yes they do
Tried that high call volume not taken calls
It depends on the benefits you receive if you were getting cash and or rental assistance also known as tra then those benefits should be requested to be transferred from the old county to the new county if you were recieving snap or snas also know as foodstamps you would send a letter requesting essex county to close the case and requesting a closing letter you would then take the closing letter to the new county or state you will need proof of address, proof of income, proof of expenses heating/cooling, gas, electricity, water bill, taxes, telephone bill, rent/mortgage, medicals, child care, ect
303 Washington street newark nj
Come into the office and reapply
