I do not recommend this place due to the inexperienced nail techs and insufficient services of a full mani pedi.. we were charged over $200 which definitively was not worth it. I've gotten much better service for the same mani pedi over at Walmart on del prado. We went for a mani/pedi here today. I've gone to many places, in different states. The nail tech gals were sweet but from my experiences, seemed inexperience. They were nice though inexperienced skills. The reception gals werent of hospitality caliber here. I wanted my daughters to have a great experience and I was looking forward to this for weeks but I didn't like the services here. They use bowls of water to soak feet vs. the auto jet machines, zero massage chairs either here. The foot scrub and massage experience was not a good one bc they stick to the feet only, no messaging of the upper leg below the knee and it's very soft to the touch. The nail products we choose were very old-- the polishes were very thick and tacky. The nail techs did not dry our nails inbetween layers-- they didn't not have nail dryers or even desk fans, very back dated. Also, not the traditional manicure with scrubs or message. They did some clipping of the nails, filed them. ZERO clean up of each nail cuticle. It was very odd, zero experience of what a manicure were are experienced with. As soon as they were done, they quickly made their exit and left us at the table-- very odd. Unfortunately, this was our 1st visit and will not return.

I love this place! I’ve been a client for at least 14-15 years—back even at their previous location. They use quality products and train their staff to the highest levels.

I really wanted to love my experience here. My mom is a nail tech and her salon buys all their products from ProFiles, so I know it’s good quality and lasts long. However, my experience was definitely not a good one and I, unfortunately, feel like I’ve wasted my money. I got a 10:00 am appointment for a regular fill while on a short vacation and wasn’t even seen until 10:30. I sat down and talked to the tech a little bit about what I usually get done, what I wanted today, etc. My cuticles and skin around my nails was not taken care of at all, the acrylic itself is super thick and they didn’t use regular polish, but gel, which I did not request, making the nails even thicker than they already were. I also asked to have length taken off, considering the nails were 4 weeks grown out and they were left the same length after asking for shorter ones. On top of all that, the appointment took almost an hour and a half, cutting into my vacation time after waiting half an hour for a “snafu” that occurred in the break room. I was truly disappointed and wish I had a better experience, but I just don’t feel like I can justify over $50 for a fill if this is the service provided.

I've been going to ProFiles since January of this year. I've worked with Sam, Abby, and Penelope. They are all really great and fun to work with! Highly reccomend! These are just some of the nails I've gotten done here!

Do they take walk-ins? If not, how long in advance should you book an apointment?

I guess they will take a walk-in but they are very busy. My tech is Nicole and I have to book her 3 months at a time to make sure I get my appointment but there are a lot of good techs there but I would give a call see if a walk-in is doable for the day you want to walk in there and if not set an appointment they really are all up to date on all the new procedures and new nail art really very very skilled technicians

I never heard anyone speaking German, but I myself don't speak German, so there would be no reason for them to speak it to me. You could probably call and get an answer to that.
