So very pleased. Wish all motels 6 were like the room we had. Spacious, neat, clean. Lobby was open and well lit and alex and his wife were so welcoming.

Booked this hotel for a recent weekend trip based on Google reviews. The price was very decent and the location was good as the reviews said but that was about it. We checked in late on Friday night. The room was very stuffy as the air wasn't on,and even though they state they are non smoking the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. There were some burn spots on the air unit as well. The beds were clean but didn't have adequate blankets. One flat sheet and a very thin "cover." The pillows were extremely flat. There was some type of brown splatter on the wall behind the toilet and behind the bathroom door. The refrigerator had an old bottle of water left in it and the shower drained so slowly that it would fill up with water while showering. We had no housekeeping the entire 3 nights we were there. The front desk will not answer the in room phone so you have to call from your cell for them to answer. I had to bring our used towels to the laundry room to exchange them for clean towels. We had to take our own trash to the trash cans at the end of the walk ways each morning. We never received new trash bags... My assumption is we would have had to ask for those as well. Their website does mention that housekeeping for guests staying multiple nights may be limited BUT we literally received none! A plus is that I didn't find any bed bugs. We didn't spend much time in the room, but had we the constantly freezing TV would have been annoying. The location is right by the highway so you do get the interstate noise and the train through town is about half a mile away. The sound may not have been so loud if the door properly shut but there was quite a gap under the door and in several places around it. If your just looking for a place to sleep with semi comfortable beds then this will work but I wouldn't say it would be conducive for long term stays.

Negative: Couldn't understand owners when they would talk. The tub was backed up and gross. I was in shower 2 minutes when stuff started floating in it. I quickly got out and Lysoled my feet. It was disgusting.

TV was on, remote wasn't synced and I couldn't turn it off. Called front desk 2x and it just rang forever. It is right next to the highway so VERY loud. Door lock is difficult, had to use some muscle to get it to lock. Probably wouldn't return. Just tried to put the heat on, went up to 77. Nothing. No answer at front desk. Again. Update: unable to get ahold of anyone at the hotel. Called the 800 number, rang forever (20 min plus) 2x, emailed with no response and generic apologies from their Facebook. Be forewarned. Impossible to receive assistance.
