This homecare agency is great. We use them for my elderly grandmother the nurse and aid have great communication with the care provided, my grandmother actually has been in better moods since we switched. Definitely recommended.

this place is horrible !!! it is owned & run by incompetent people & only hire rejects... that can't even bathe a person, rough treatments of patients, hold a mop or broom & even do dusting & dishes properly... aides don't speak English, Spanish or Portuguese... fall asleep during work & leave premises for breaks... bad enough they take a 15 min. break every 30 min., stare into space when not working & always on cell phone...!!!

Worst working experience ever! Most of the staff is unprofessional and lack communication skills...they have you working for pennies and pay you when they want....I paid to have my license renewed in February and didn't receive my license until June due to the company NOT paying the state fee which I gave them 4 months prior! They can careless about the clients or employees...they are out for self and their own pockets! I'm still owed for 20 hrs I worked back in May 2016....this company has a lot of growing to do in the professional field....no care or compassion for no one....Beware of Progressive Healthcare
