Michelle Williams is very unprofessional and disrespectful she talks to you as if you’re bothering her this place is no help she hasn’t help with my claim in over a year. When you call the main # they all say the same thing a supervisor will contact you in 24-48 hours which isn’t true or they will send an email in regards to your claim. If you have a nasty attitude and don’t want to work please quit your job it’s so many people out here in Newark that need a job .

Jason is so professional and I’m still waiting on my check from victim crime. They said 2-3weeks time period and I got approved & it was sent out end of august. Today is 9/11/21 and hope I receive in some days because I move in 9/21/21 and need to pay what I need to be paid .. but do anyone know how that check look and what it says so I can be looking forward to it ?

They should be... For relocation if your not feeling safe and for lost of earnings if you missed any days from work due to the crime they can pay for your lawyers they can also pay for your children to go to daycare and for counseling go on line and read the eligibity facts

OK I also need to know if a tenant moved out but did not pay rent for that month or more do you still have pay back the security to the victims unit and why?
