I was spoken very highly about your restaurant. But when we were served it was so SALTY that it was hard to eat. You have to take in consideration other people's salt intake. Salt and seasoning need to be tasted before leaving the kitchen.

Sorry they don't serve blue crab by the dozen. They steamed some small female crabs (2) a couple shrimp, a piece of corn, and two small potatoes in a small plastic bag. Some liquid hot sauce had been poured over everything. It was brought to the table and the bag was opened in front of you for serving.
Shrimp, crawfish, mussels, oysters, fish, scallops, blue crabs, snow crabs, king crabs, etc. All available steamed & most available fried.
Fairly priced. Can get combos by the half pound. Steamed in a bag with your choice of seasonings and temperature. Highly recommend.

Sorry they did not. I enjoyed my garlic Parmigiano butter sauce with old bay. My spouse did not like the tilapia as he does not eat crabs

You really can't see the cooks uniform because they don't come out of the kitchen. The entrance to the kitchen as you go in, you have to turn right so you can't see in. The waitress and bussers wear their crab shirts w black pants
That's how cajun seafood boils are served. It's not unique to any restuarant.
