The worst Had an appointment today but missed it because they called the house number instead of my cell number Then was told by the person on the phone that the house number was the number they had in the system for me when I’ve called them and gived them my new number twice

This office is SOOOO disorganized. Everything they do is WRONG I have to constantly send the same documents over and over because the staff cannot input the information correctly. This office does not answer the phone and is very rude.

Waiting over an hour just to pick up check is ridiculous. They are very disorganized. Calling you to pick up check when you get here is a different story. Come on people work smarter not harder😤
