My husband and I were in town for a NAPA pool tournament and stayed here with friends. The door stuck on the safely lock and we had to jerk it open each time entering and exiting. The ice maker on our floor wasn't even plugged in. Had to go to the lobby to get ice. Vending machines were all out of order. Our 2nd day there the key quit working and when I went down the guy working the front desk did t know how to make a key so he gave me the HOUSE KEEPING KEY and told me to bring it back when I was done. Very big safety concern. My total was to be 461. My card was charged 597.00. NOT COOL AT ALL. Would NOT recommend staying here AT ALL!

Rooms/hotel very clean. Very convenient location. Wal-Mart, food,gas station, mall all with 1mile or less. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel. Shout out to Gabby, the assistant manger and all the other friendly staff that took care of me that morning. Theyy Run a tight ship and will go out there way to please the guest.

Positive: The location, hotel cleanliness and front desk staff. Negative: The front door should be automatic. It's hard to enter with luggage while holding the door. The hotel had no soap!!! How did they allow that to happen.

Let me say 1st the staff was really nice, I travel a lot for work so I’ve had much experience w/ hotels. I livid that when I checked on I was told the would be a $100 additional charge for incidentals. This is a waste of money bc there is no beverage stocked refrigerator in the room so exactly what incidentals was I charged for?? 2nd that information needs to be included when you book a stay. Also when you check out you’ll be charged AGAIN for the initial rate , while there’s a hold for the initial rate plus the $100 fee for incidentals. Long story short , i booked, through the choice hotels website, a room for one night $106 plus tax. I check out the next morning & my bank statement reflects total charges of $219.38 + $119.38 . It’s been 3 days since I checked out & I still haven’t been credited back. I’ll never stay at another choice hotel again.
