This building is pretty good if you ask me. I love the inner courtyard, the co-working space, and the gym most of all. I appreciate that the building has automated their package flow so I can get my packages at all hours. There’s always someone at the desk, even over night, and the people at the desk are amazing. Mehdi has helped me bring up furniture packages and always talks to me as I come in and out of the building. Jax and Cory are up there too, they have answered a lot of questions for me as I get acclimated to the building. And finally, Yassine was the real MVP during my move-in, she was so apologetic when my service elevator access was delayed and did everything she could to remedy the situation. Overall, not a bad place to call home.

Been here for several months now. The amenities are great. Especially the gym. The staff is also very helpful, available and accommodating. Mehdi, Jax, Cory, and Yassine are all great. The maintenance team is also always quick and efficient

I recently moved to 295J and I have had nothing but positive experiences living here! I’d like to give a shoutout to Cory, Mehdi, Yassine, Damon, Mack, and Cesar. All of these staff have been so helpful in helping me adjust to the building. They really work hard to help all residents around the clock! I definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

The management is trying to help remediate the situation. I think that's what counts more. Hoping the situation won't happen again...Unfortunately, there are some unfortunate cases...I ordered my foods. Waited for an hour. Got delivered. Left at the front desk. Then, someone just grabbed my foods.
