The doctors are great, like really great, but the nurses are difficult and have an attitude for absolutely no reason. My doctor told me specifically to call his office to get an Rx for a UTI if I need to because I’m prone to having them and wouldn’t need to have a culture done. He told me not to go through my PCP but to go through his office specifically. I just called bc I have a UTI (AS I DO BC I ALWAYS HAVE ONE) and his nurse answered and gave me attitude and said I needed to get a culture done from my PCP bc she didn’t have anyone on staff to do a culture. I didn’t even get to give her my birth date or anything - she didn’t read my chart and has no idea what conversations I have with my doctor or what guidelines to follow with my care.

The scheduling was very disjointed and bizarre, but Dr. Weitzel was great.

Unreal. My husband was in the ER two weeks ago with a 5 mm kidney stone (not tiny). We were told to follow up with this office for treatment. When we called the day after being at the ER, they refused to get him in quickly even though he was in pain. That should have been our sign. They scheduled him for today (two weeks later), and couldn’t care less about his pain. Now they just called and said they had an emergency and had to cancel his appointment for two hours from now. Okay….we realize emergencies happen. But they won’t get him in for TWO MORE WEEKS! And to top it off, the woman was talking over him and so nasty. He was trying to explain that he was in pain and that he had to see the urologist to get rid of the stone in order to proceed with some important testing for some other scary health concerns. They didn’t care. Just unreal and would NEVER recommend this office. The doctors may be great, but the office staff is rude and completely uncaring. Docs…..time to pay attention. We’re not the first review like this!
