Had a crack in my windshield and called my insurance company and they made the appointment with Safelite. Everything starts off ok then the day of the appointment they tell me they can't do the work that Geico ordered them the wrong windshield. earliest they could get the part was the next Thursday. Get a text Wednesday appointment coming up blah blah then Thursday sorry can't make the appointment because the windshield coming to them from Miami was broken. now earliest is 11 days from now. Um ok lets call my dealership and Geico. Geico tells me lie 1 was they don't order parts, lie 2 no reason to take that long for the windshield and its obvious they didn't want the work. So thankfully they lost my business to Glass America who works directly with the dealership. Appointment within 2 days. Never recommend and I agree with the one post looking for easy work!
