Its really HIT or MISS with this place. My husband & I have been going here since 2018/19, I believe. My husband has a sports club that competes two seasons out of the year. Every season we have a ton of shirts that we order & need printed. For the first few years we were able to put orders in 2 days before needing them, for an extra fee. Which was fine. After COVID we were needing to put orders in ateast 5-7 days before needing them...okay, thats fine. When our agreed pickup day/time would come, our order wasn't ready. A few times we were told that they never received the shirt delivery or the ink delivery. That started happening way too often. It was very upsetting. We had been going here for years. We loved the people that worked there, the owner was so sweet and awesome! Too many problems kept happening. The other upsetting part was that we were never even offered anything to makeup for the fact that our orders weren't finished by the day/time we were promised. So, like I said, its hit or miss with T-shirt Envy. We order from a different place now because we just started getting more & more orders completed late or not right. We still love everyone that works there & hopefully we can go back one day.
